An Amazing Recovery from Rheumatoid Arthritis
I found an interesting book at Amazon called Freedom from Rheumatoid Arthritis: The amazing story of one woman’s recovery (Paperback)
by Sonia St. Claire (Author).
You can read some pages from the Amazon site and I just write below some interesting points:
a) There is a way to bring about a natural remission of Rheumatoid Arthritis
b) R.A is an autoimmune disease which attacks the body’s own defense system
c) A natural remission can occur when the body is fed proper nutrition
d) It is only when you experience an illness such as this that you realize the depths of torment and sorrow it brings. I refused to give up ande continued to live in hope.
e) Due to the chemical components and horrific side effects, I prefer natural products as opposed to drugs therapy,
The book looks pretty interesting and you find more information by clicking the following image

Eating slow should be part of any fat loss program because our brain needs about 20 min to get the signal that we are satisfied; if we eat too fast our stomach will get bloated and we will still feel hungry, obviously this causes overeating and obesity. Google: eating slowly to learn about it; there is lots of information on the web about the advantages of eating slow.
