Plants that Serve to Increase Bust

There are several methods to increase breast size. From surgeries to massages and natural supplements. For people who prefer natural methods, a good choice, in addition to massage, you might be trying some herbal remedies to increase bust as well as bolster sagging breast.

Fenugreek (fenugreek)

Fenugreek seeds contain a compound called diosgenin which is used in the form of the semi-synthetic female hormone estrogen.

Estrogen helps the growth of breast cells. Fenugreek can be taken in tea or externally applied to the breasts. The method to apply it externally is mezlar fenugreek seeds powder with a little vegetable oil to form a paste. The paste is then applied to breasts.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)

Fennel also contains estrogen so it has been a common home remedy used for many years to promote milk production. But it should not be used during pregnancy.

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens)

Today it is highly recommended as a natural remedy to shrink an enlarged prostate gland. However, for many years, it was used to enlarge breasts. This herb is achieved in capsule form in most pharmacies and supermarkets.

Red clover

The leaves and flowers of red clover contain isoflavones, estrogen-like components which are also found in soybeans and alfalfa. In theory, red clover isoflavones can act to increase breast size by producing an increase in estrogen levels.

However, the Medical Center of the University of Maryland reports that there is insufficient evidence that red clover have such an effect.

You should exercise caution before using any plant to increase the production of estrogen as several studies have linked estrogen with cancer development. In fact, the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences in the United States has officially declared that estrogen is a carcinogen.

According to research, not all forms of estrogen cause cancer. Check with your doctor before embarking on any treatment involving increasing production of estrogen.
